How We Started
Vision Born
Deepika, a former school principal, saw teachers struggling to find fitting roles. The idea for EduHire was born in Coimbatore.
Platform Created
Senthilkumar built a prototype that matched teachers to schools based on skills and values, tested with 10 local schools.
Regional Impact
Launched in Tamil Nadu, connecting 500 teachers to schools in 3 cities, with plans to expand across South India.
